Free Inspection

As part of the annual maintenance season for power and desalination facilities, HHA Diving Services successfully completed a 2200-meter CCGT pipeline inspection at a major desalination plant. This project highlights our commitment to delivering reliable Inspection, Maintenance & Repair (IMR) solutions for critical infrastructure.

Our certified commercial divers carried out a thorough pipeline inspection, covering the full length of the CCGT line using detailed visual checks, CCTV recording, and condition assessments. During the inspection, the team identified missing clamps on the hypochlorite dosing line—a critical component for water treatment and corrosion control.

Recognizing the importance of immediate action, our team transitioned seamlessly from inspection to repair. The missing clamps were installed on-site, restoring system integrity and ensuring safe, uninterrupted operation of the plant.

Project Highlights

  • 2200 meters of CCGT pipeline inspected

  • Full diver-led inspection with detailed reporting

  • Missing clamps on hypochlorite dosing line identified

  • Immediate repair and clamp installation completed

  • Zero disruption to plant operations

This project reflects the true value of a structured IMR approach—where inspection leads directly into maintenance and repair, preventing minor issues from becoming major failures. For desalination and power plants, especially during the maintenance season, proactive pipeline inspection is essential to protect assets, ensure operational continuity, and meet safety standards.

At HHA Diving Services, we remain committed to supporting the annual maintenance of power plants and desalination facilities with precision, safety, and speed. Every meter inspected and every defect corrected reinforces our mission:
to safeguard offshore and marine infrastructure through dependable inspection, maintenance, and repair services.
